Need a web designer
I'm looking for a web designer that could possibly help me redsign my website. I need him/her to be pretty familiar with Flash and animation.
Website will contain:
-photo gallery (photos provided)
-video clips (videos provided)
-community member profiles
-membership "join" form
-graphic effects
-guest book
-music/sound effects
-a lot of animation and graphic motion
The site will be formatted a little differently from normal sites, so be ready for a long explanation when you contact me. It's going to be a personal website and I have a fairly low budget. I need it to be $800 US or less. I'm fairly loose as far as a deadline is concerned. If you're interested, email me at stnkycheezman@hotmail.com. Before I decide to hire you, you need to contact me so i can relay my ideas. You then need to make me a sample of the ideas that I give you, if I approve, you're hired. Before you continue, I should say that the task of fabricating my ideas will probably be a challenging one. This won't be an easy project, but if you can pull it off...it will be a good project to have in your portfolio.

That is not a problem at all. You can apply for EAD renewal as long as your AOS pending (i.e., I-485).

Hi guys, I have a unique situation, thanks to july visa bulletin. I have a EB3 labor and I 140 approved with the PD as May 2004. Recently I applied EB2 PERM in order to port the PD from EB3 to EB2. My EB2 perm is approved now. Now, I am in dilemma to choose between EB2 and EB3. I can apply EB2 I 140 and I 485 concurrently (by assuming that they will port the PD) or I can apply I485 (for previously approved EB3). Please suggest as to what route I should take.

What I have heard was they ask for a copy of I-140 approval. No Original needed. Also I don't think you'll get the original I-140 approval, that is a petitioner's document to own. You should be able to get a copy of I-140 from your employer/attorney.
Make sure to get the original approval copy. Not the courtesy copy. The courtesy copy will clearly state that you cannot get any benefit/proof based on that copy. When you get a copy make an extra copy of it. It will help you for future needs.

My wife and I returned one time from India to US exactly 2 days before visa expiry. we had new visa approval notice but didnt have new visa stamping in passport.
This is not reqd but if you want, you can send her your scanned copy of H1/H4 receipt notice, just incase to show that you both filed for extension if anyone ask for it. In general, send her scanned (or fax) your current employment letter to show that you are currently working here in US.

In our 485 application, the lawyer put my divorce certificate from my previous marriage in my file but not in my wife's file. According to the 485 instruction, my divorce certificate should be included in my wife's file as initial evidence because she is the derivative applicant.

I added my older H1b case too of Dec 01 (i hadn't added such old case to my portfolio..didn't see need) and that had a LUD of 10/13/07 maybe due to my submitted cases of 140/ead/ap/485. Those had a LUD on 10/16/07 with notice date of 10/12.

There is a quirk in the immigration laws that allows a person working for a cap-exempt employer to start working for a cap-subject employer once the petition is filed, even if the new H-1B status cannot start until 10/1/09. If the new employer files an LCA with a start date of 7/27, you should be able to work for that new employer under H-1B portability. However, if the new petition is denied, you lose your work authorization immediately.

I had contacted all the senators and house reps in New Mexico via their website and heard back from Senator Jeff Bingaman.

I was in same situation, My Labor & I 140 was approved before I got married and at the time when I was applying for my wife's H4 visa and we answered it NO since none of those applications had her linked any where.
